Limited Warranty
Problems may be introduced in the DVD burning process which cause sections of the disc to be unreadable. Although care is taken to prevent such problems, White Crow cannot test the entirety of every DVD that it produces. Therefore, we offer an exchange program with certain limitations.

  • Be aware that not every DVD player can read every type of DVD. Older players may not read burned DVDs, other players could only read certain types of burned DVDs, etc. If this is the case, a disc exchange may not solve the problem. Test the DVD in a computer or other DVD player before starting the exchange process. Unless otherwise indicated, White Crow delivers discs in the DVD-R format.
